Magnolia Estates is the perfect place to live, play, and learn.

Our community is home to various businesses and educational institutions, including the only virtual historically black college in New Orleans: Southern University at New Orleans.

Magnolia Estates is also the home of many community events throughout the year. These include Mardi Gras, putt-putt golfing, and even a drive-in movie theater!
